i miss tampere! i stayed there for four weeks, but i just got to visit the tourist-y areas. would have loved to see the paths not usually taken.where is this photo taken in tampere, by the way? =]

If it were my shot, I would have played with the contrast/shadows so that it was easier to see what is there ..
Daryl:Maybe it's time to start considering to do some contrast adjustments on your monitor.Or possibly buy a modern one ;-)
This reminds me of the perspective of some mythical forrest creature waiting for a victim to cross his path.Very cool picture.
