Monochrome Watertower

This monday (well, still sunday) on Monochrome Weekly I decided to post three different photos of same location.

This is the old water tower of Tampere from year 1928.
Not in use anymore.

Kind of dramatic view, isn't it?

There is a "new" water tower just few meters away from old one. It was built in the beginning of 1970's and replaced the old one.
This new one holds 10 000 000 litres of water for citizens to consume. How great is that?

The new one doesn't seem as classic as the first. Nice rendering of your subjects.

Nice shots! The second tower may hold more water, but the first one is better looking :)

Great shots.

Very nicely composed. I thought at first it was the ramparts to a castle.

The old one is much more attractive! I love the second shot best.
