Well that pics has it all.
Lot's of people gathered both sides of that river, which is higly unusual in Finland.
The reason they are there is the celebrating of 1st of May, Vappu in finnish. The only finnish carnival day.
They are also dipping college students under water by those two cranes on left bank of the river. For lucky students to have most chilly experience, Electric company of Tampere is releasing cold water from its dam at full speed, how great is that?
What what what...do I see also a UFO above that building on right hand side of the photo ?!?
