While looking at this monopic, it's hard to believe that this building stands at middle of the Tampere, Finland.
Looks more like Greece or Italy or something southern European anyway.
Interesting what unusual viewing angle and monochrome colors does to building like that, isn't it?
More great monochrome experiencies

The building was made when b & w was all there was - maybe that is why it fits?
It has a Classical look.
Haha, love RuneE's interpretation :O Anyway, beautiful building which looks god in B&W.
I do agree with you, it looks like south european, nok like a sauna in Finland :-)))
But i would like to see all the naked men...
...and listning to Nightwish, my FAVUORITES over all :-)))
A very unusual angle and it creates a very good and interesting photo.
Nice angle, seems to give a lot of distance.
Lots of things look as great in b&w as they don in color. Great capture.
Sometimes monochrome is the equalizer .. making time and style stand still. Nice!
I love this. Has a purple tint to it. Beautiful capture.
